hi i was woundring if this will work my seeds are spouting and i need lights i was woundring if this solar power light will work cos i dont have a lot of money for paying a lot of bill just to grow this stuff this is the solar power light

Ummm.... I dunno if you're trying to yank our chains here, or if you're serious.
6W flouro w/5 hour charge life? Soory to sound crude, but anyone should know that setup would be useless right off the bat.
1 exception: emergency lights for a clone tray. Since cloning uses low light levels to stimulate root growth, this would make a nice backup for power outages. Only thing I can think of bud-related this setup would be good for.
27W CFT @ 6500K ("daylight"). You can get 4 (+ fixtures) for the price of that thing. Or 2 x 42W CFT @ 2700K ("warm white"). Same price. Either way, you'll draw about the same power as a "regular" 100W bulb. Not a big bill.
