Hey All! I had Sundance provide us with a board for "goofy" alternative grow ideas..

This is the board where we can discuss alternative, untried or "Goofy" grow techniques and stories...such as; Growing in trees (gorilla growing)urine as a fertilizer (nitrogen), and any other weird stuff...like water curing, or whatever:smokin:

Yes, is is real goofy to use gorilla growing in such a free and open world.

Lets minimize the things that you see as odd and stamp the word "goofy" on them. Discredit and hide them in the "goofy" section where "those people" can post without bothering the real important posts.

I am sorry I offended you. I totally support an area for Unconventional growing techniques. I think it is a great idea.

The problem is the name "Goofy". Growing in trees and other techniques are not goofy. They are crafty and innovative. Growing plants upside down if it works is genius, it is not goofy.

Goofy has a negative slant. Unconventional does not. This is just my opinion. If you wish to see me as an asshole because I have a different view than you, that is your right.

If you want to put me on your "blacklist", hey whatever turns you on. Heck you are a MOD so why not just ban me because I think the goofy name is well goofy.

Having a thread for new and creative ideas is a wonderful idea.

After I posted my response I realized I was conveying the idea wrong. But as you well know there is no delete button.

So think I am an asshole and blacklist me. Watch me like a hawk. Most of the time I am courteous and helpful.

lol i think this new little sub-forum is cool, i mean, if i post some peice of worthless crap somewhere in the site, and it ends up here, im not exactly gonna go cry about it being labelled as 'goofy'...

plus, like its already been said, there needs to be a sub-forum for the techniques that dont really fit into the other catagories, that just clutter shit up, so, latewood, sundance, and anyone else envolved... THANKYOU...:)

Im with ericwt. Why cant we call the sub forum Creative&Innovative ideas for growing instead of 'Goofy techniques' Sounds alot better too.
