Do you get carded?

I was wondering how many people gets carded when they go to try to buy joints or blunts. I go to this chinese corner store or w/e and I was surprised. They didn't card me when I asked for a blunt and a lighter. It only happens when certain people are there though. Other employees will ask for I.D. lol. But I was wondering how many of you guys get carded?

it often depends on how old you look... i look young for my age so I always get carded.

i can get through with buying wraps and lighters at most convenience stores around me without being carded, and all the headshops in town sell to me, free of card

I somehow usually get carded, despite looking older than 18.

I normally just give them my ID before they ask though, to avoid worrying about it.

we have this place we call chico mart Lol but hes of some middle eastern decent and he sells beer to anyone over the age of 16(as long as no other adults are in his store) but the thing is you take the beer up there and HE names the price. like 25 bucks for a case of beer. you dont pay the regular price

Actually, I just got carded for cigs yesterday and I'm 37! I was actually happy about it. I had a day and a half of salt & pepper-colored facial hair growth at the time too... go figure!

Its harder for me to buy a White Owl blunt then it is to buy an oz of haze.

Sometimes I end up waiting outside the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pass by who is willing to buy me some :(

Im 16 and look it, so they always ask for ID where Im at.

I haven't been ID'ed in quite some time. Probably because I can grow some decent facial hair now, and don't look like a peach fuzzed covered teenager. :p

I've been cared once for buying papers at a headshop. A few times for a lighter too. Not a big deal in my eyes. They';re just doing their job.

I used to get carded, but alot of the places I go to, I go there often enough that they dont card me anymore. I can only imagine what they think when im coming in almost everyday for a blunt.

They also have Swisher Sweets and Cigarettes in a glass case xD. I wanna take pics next time I go but that would seem strange. I don't want them questioning me and all that.

As to the question... at most gas stations, yeah I get carded, but not at the local grocery store (they all know me) and the cigar shop I go to.

Well, this one time at a mobil they didn't card me... it was this old lady that was intently talking to some other guy about their lives back in the day lol. Could have probably bought some vodka or beer from her, and I'm only 18.

Sometimes when store owners catch wind that somebody has been busted selling to minors they just get cautious and card everyone. I'm 33 and I got carded at the beerstore and the LCBO (liquor outlet) same day while stocking the house for xmas company. I have gray hair and got carded!!

ya sometimes i get id'ed.. and they dont take college id from when i use to go college cuz they're so easy to make fake copies of so whenever i wanna buy any "tabbaco" related products i have to take my passport with me.. sucks lol

One time my dad bought tequilla mix and vodka but didn't get carded, later that day he came back for tequilla salt and got carded. I was in the store for the salt we laughed and the guy just let us by. got carded for salt.

I've never owned a ID card. Never needed too. I've never been asked for it, i supose cos i always looked older than i was, and these days i def dont need to be carded.

If your below the legal age but shave, stop shaving for a day or twwo and then go in, you'll look alot older.

If i gave it 3 days i'd have a full grown beard but atm i just keep my sideburns, sometimes i grow a goatee.

Yeah I know man. I just thought every one knew when I said joint I was clearly talking about just the wraps and not the weed wrapped in the paper lol. I don't think they do that anywhere in America.

i get carded at times and other times i dont. its true, it all depends on who is selling it to you.
