I don't have one, but by the looks, I may get one. Seems to be a pretty cheap investment for a bit of info that might help to do a considerable amount of trouble shooting in the grow op.

Hi Everybody
This KILL WATT thing,all it does is read the voltage of what is pluged in to it.
It will not lower your ele.bill,it just let you see how much ele. this light or fan or ect. is useing at the time it is on.Having a friend thats a master electrician is a big help.He said after seeing the kill a watt,all it is ,is a volt meter with a memory.Watts x volts = amps so if you have 4-400 watt lights thats 14.4AMPS . You will have max out one 15 amp circuit with 4 - 400 watt lights.
I guess if you dont know what else is on that circuit it would help you tell how much of a draw of elec.on that circuit.With a volt/amp meter you can do the same thing.But you have too do the math to know the total watts used.
This is what a master electrician told me.I'am lucky I have been in the building trades for over 25 years so a lot this is easyer for me to unstand then most poeple.The growing and doing it right is a learning for me.GKand BB you guys rock with good infor.With all that said I have two 20 amp circuit running in my grow cab & closet.Two 400watt lights two timers,two water pumps ,six fans and three cfls all running on two 20AMP circuits and I still have a few AMPS to spare.Well I hope this helps everybody.
