looks small with a thin stalk, my advice for this is to keep your lamp around 14 inches from your plant (place your hand under if its uncomfortably hot after 30 secods give it a few more inches) and then move your lamp with your plant - this makes it very stocky with a thick stem (remember if you havent dont this already move the lamp closer over a period of days as placing it straight above will fry her.)

Throughout growth move it a little every few days and your plant will follow. A tip for this is to get a piece of cotton on your lamp this length with something on the end (i use a lego mans head) this will then give you a good marker as to when to move the lamp up. You will also see the plant wont grow above a certain height because of the heat so dont forget to move the lamp!

lol i never really use fans... too noisy, i just blow on them when i get them out to play, and sometimes put them outside :) - and ive never had any problems... good luck....
