I think I'm one of the few and proud cannabis smokers in which, Mentally Smoking marijuana has become a habitting deed in which I release from this reality and than step into another reality.
I'm a daily/multi-time toker. I love cannabis' euphoria and body highs. I love how it makes music sound so smooth and soothing. Also love after a bad day at the job or maybe with a girlfriend, Mary Jane is always there to see you thru in any hard ship you may face.
I thank Marijuana for it's wonders and hope for many mores years of continued support.
Who amits they formed a habit smoking marijuana?

yeah i get stoned about 5 times a day, 3 at least.
getting high is a beautiful thing, and marijuana is unlike any other "drug"
you see everything more clearly when you're high, everything is more interesting...
you avoid conflicts when you're high, or at least i do, but negative energy is a bad thing so it just helps with bad situations...
as a musician i owe most of my creativness to marijuana, and the rest of the credit goes to musical influences that sound amazing when high...
I don't think I would be where I am today if I wasn't high all the time...
Thank you, Marijuana!

Marijuana addiction is unlike any regular addiction.
It has a bit of a sweetness, that comes with being a pothead.
I lapse in and out with new bags, but I LOVE being addicted when I am.
It's not addiction.
It's love.

Can't say I agree. I do love smoking, but I honestly think it's pretty similar to my other vices, except it does have fewer physical side effects.
I am not addicted to MJ, I think I use it responsibly like alcohol, whereas I have been addicted to cigarettes (still am, sort of) and it is completely different.
I think if one were to become addicted, it wouldn't be physically as bad as other addictions, but mentally, it is just as imprisoning.
Just my two cents, please don't attack.

I'll admit that I have a habit, but at least weed truly relaxes me, unlike cigs... And yeah, it's a habit that actually helps me being more creative and in some cases not do stupid things when sober.

I dunno I like to go to the gym and work out for a couple hours, take a shower, make some dinner, light one and just relax after words with some music and Halo 2 in slow motion.

Yeah weed is just another vice but its in its own category, weed doesn't cause cravings (I seem to be an exception to this, but i don't crave it more than i crave stuff like candy, cigs or even stuff like fun ie sex)
But for me MJ seems to be something that you can use all the time and it won't affect your life as much as stuff like alcohol, or some of the hard drugs i've tried.

I too, will also admit, that I have become addicted to it. Yet I contrrol that addiction.
I will have one joint a night, and if on weekends, I will have 2 or 3. I use it, but I do not abuse it.

A habit, no. Routine, yes. I'm not addicted to marijuana one bit, and could stop if I needed to. I can compare it to the feeling I get when I want/need a cigarette, and it is nothing like it. I don't anticipate smoking like I do smoking a cigarette, which is a problem. Marijuana isn't a threat to my health in any way, so I'm going to toke on, and will soon discard cigarettes and start a cannabis only lifestyle, I've done it before and I have a much cleaner feeling in my mind when I don't fiend for a cigarette, and only desire to smoke marijuana.

christ. I couldn't even imagine the resin buildup in your lungs buddy.
Whats the habit timeline for you guys?
Whenever I stop it usually only takes a day or two to completely rid myself of any addicted thoughts or habits.

Last night me and a friend ran out of weed, we were so bummed. We found some roaches, smoked them and got baked as. If we didnt find the roaches, we woulda been so bored and so restless.
We have a habit for suuuure. But after a few days id be back in normal non-weed mode.

Id have to think about that one. Over the years, MJ has become a 'routine' for me, much like taking a dump but more expensive. Dont get me wrong, a spliff is nice and a poo is nice, each giving me a sensation of warmness and well-being, but I havent been pooing for 19 years now.

I'm addicted to a bit. I don't get the sweats or anything and it's not like cigs, but I get in a shitty mood for a few days after running dry. That and a little sleep trouble, nothing too much. I could quit today and never pick it up again, but I really really don't want to.

Yeah i love being high and I have to say. I would love to be high all day every day but in reality I've realised that there ARE side effects, I can be antisocial and a bit slow after getting stoned on top of that I am always lazy afterwards, if i go to the gym the next day I am not at my full potential.
For that reason I ration my weed to once a week and special occaisions (gigs, partys and when I'm a bit down). I think this has many major benefits, it greatly reduces any mental and physical effects of blazing and it makes that onc smoke a week somethng amazing, something to look forward to and because of that I have such low tolerance I need barely any and can make a tiny ammont stretch for ages.

When i don't smoke i get what one would consider 'withdrawal' symptoms such as headache, irritability, anxiety, and decreased appetite. Life basically starts to seem boring. But sometimes i feel high even when im not. I don't know im rather strange. :pimp:
