My friend sister has breast cancer and has to do the chemo .... she is not suffering from nausea, but something is needed for chonic pain.

I would imagine somewhere down the line the nausea will be a factor, so does anyone know what would be a good strain(s) for someone in that situation? Something that wouldn't be too hard to get or something people have that are willing to give or trade.

Thank you for your time.

Thanks .... me too .... both .... I have a friend also with breast cancer. I will check that out. Another grower friend told me that eating pot will help too no matter what the strain ... I'll check that out. My friend doesn't smoke, but maybe she will indugle in a brownie?

Hi im new to this forum, I would recommend northern lights, not the hybrids just the original northern lights if you can get seeds.

I can't give you a recommendation as to what strain would be best, but I can tell you that treatingyourself.com , a medical marijuana site, has several people there who DO suffer from cancer. Just pop over there and ask your question. The friendly folks there will give you FIRST HAND knowledge!- Granny :stoned:

Another Dr. Chronic variety is Chronics Revenge - Chronic's revenge was created with medicinal users in mind. a white widow crossed with a good old country indica , it makes for a for a great soaring high followed with low anxiety & deep relaxation. Rich in Thc , the revenge is served sweet from the start. smoke it in a chalice for ultimate pain relief.

Come to think of it, my MJ physician doesnt recommend I smoke it...it wants me to vap it or eat it - guess even smoking cannabis is not good for you.

I believe Federation Seeds has the classic UBC Chemo available... it was specifically developed at the University of British Columbia to help cancer patients.
