Red Hairs

anybody ever pick off some of, or all of the red hairs off thier bud and just smoke them ?? sometimes when i have alot of weed and lots of hairs on the bud i use a tack and scrap/pick all the hairs off. it burns quick, and is nice for a change

I tend to get a lot spin off in my electric grinder :) On some strains they are quite tasty imho - some are sort of spicy/ginger sort of flavours.

Maybe I'm so baked though that I just imagine that ;)

No I haven't just taken the hairs off and smoked them. The hairs go in the bowl as well as the buds. I wouldn't mind trying but there is just no need for the extra work when I can just smoke it all lol.

when I measure things and it's just a smidge over I call it a "CH" c@#*t hair,,, When it is a little more than a smidge I call it a "RCH" red C@#*t hair,cause they are a little thicker,,,

i've heard of growers, smoking bowls full of pistils that have fallen off in their drying box... but no one actually taking the time to pick them off....

why would you do that when you are going to smoke the hairs when you smoke the weed anyways?

Because instead of smoking the actual bud's you'd be smoking the pistils. Doesn't matter, it all contains trichomes. I guess smoking a bowl of hairs would just be something different to do.
