it says Kits include mounting bracket, ignitor, capacitor, and ballast "KIT" you have to put it together thats why it is so cheep if your confident you can wire it up it's a great deal here is a sight that might help with the wireing

the 1st link looks like a ballast kit only the pricee is avearge for a kit and the second is just the bulb in which case you could get a 250hps bulb cheaper than that if you look, the price is good but i've seen them for half that on this site.http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/250w-hps-mogul-base-grow-bulb-p-124.html only 10 bucks there. i neither of your links included the reflector. this site here has the cheapest complete sets i've seen if that's what you're looking for http://californiahydro.stores.yahoo.net/index.html

I dont know where you're at pasofol but I'm in vancouver and I got my 1000 watt HPS wired up with the hood and a cool tube, as well as the basllast mounted in a metal fire safe box for about 250. not too bad in my opinion.

That californiahydro store ran a good sale at the frist of the month The cool tube with socket and reflectors for $59.95 plus shipping came to $74.95.Somebody here posted the site and I'am glad they did.You can't buy it for that price any where.They now are $119.95 which is not to bad.So I will be keeping a eye on this site. i bought a 150w hps from 1000bulbs.com. comes with ballast,ignitor,capacitor. u need to order and HID light socket seperatley which is like 9 bucks + s&h. they have good products and i hope to do more business with them in the future.
