n.f.t or ebb and flow???????

am about to buy myself a hydro kit but dont know to buy either an ebb and flow or n.f.t can anyone tell me which one is best for growing weed thanks ;)

hi, ive been growing in soil for 5 years. and just about to turn hydro, ive spoken to a bloke who grows n,f,t.. and its very high maintenance..,.im going for the ebb and flo system..........it just makes more sense to me..
