Lighting Schedule

I was wondering if anyone had any links or just knew from experience what the best lighting schedule is? I plan on using a 1000w dual spectrum HPS on four-five plants..just need a little help. thanks alot.

24/0 for veg.
12/12 for flowering.

24 for about one week. 18/6 thru veg. 12/12 flower. last week of flower 11/13...then 48hrs of darkness before picking them

I do 24/7 veg, 1 week 18/6 (semidark) pre-bud, 12/12 (full dark) bud.
