This is my second grow. Couple of months ago I bought 20 seeds from Nirvana. 10 seeds were Nirvana's indoor mix (Master Kush, Afghan, Pure Power Plant and Skunk #1, and Nirvana Special), other 10 where Nirvana's White Widow. I germinated all seeds and put them in veg (2x 85W CFLs + 250W HPS) on 24/0. All plants from indoor mix, were growing very fast, WWs were ok. Altough indoor mix plants soupposed to be mostly Indica my plants had very narrow leaves, like sativas.
Because of some force majeure, I had to ditch most of my plants, but 4 remained - 2x from indoor mix, 2x WWs. I took the most healthy plants. I put them in flower, after ~10 days, I found out that all my plants were female... yeeaaahhh... :)

Now it's 40th day of 12/12 and my WWs looks great - they have nice buds, trichromes and are very sticky. On the contrary Indoor mix plants looks awful, they are very big, stalky, with few hairs(compared to WW), no trichromes, no smell, no stickiness, no nothing... :(

Btw I have been using organic 3-6-6 fertilizer and now in late flowering 10-54-10 fertilizer.

I am starting to think that indoor mix is scam :( , these like like some hemp plants not cannabis. My grandmother in countryside is growing some wild hemp and it looks like this...

Has any of you had any expierience with Nirvana's indoor mix?

Thanks!

Yeah, i see what you mean. Those "mix" plants look very stringy and buds are not fat. Maybe they are sativa dominant and require longer flowering and more intense light? I know some sativas take a long time. I have a haze skunk plant that has been in flower for like 13 weeks.

The top picture definitely looks like sativas ..... they are in the early stage too .... they will take longer to flower, but if they get good light I would think they will fill out like the ww. Wait until you smoke them to say whether or not they are shit. :rastasmoke:

Thank you for replays, but is it normal that they don't have any trichromes yet?

I bought some haze seeds awhile back without really studying the growing and flowering time for sativas. They do grow slowly compared to the indicas and from your photos those do look very sativa-ish. L3, if you've had yours in flower for 13 weeks, how much longer do you figure before they are ready?

well, the trichs are starting to increase and the pistils are all turning brown but, all the trichs are still clear. Maybe another week or two? I read sativas can go 16 weeks to finish.

well, if you like it... watch the exocist if you have not. Its decent movie i think from 1973. Still to this date that movie creeps me out. That pic is a sceen cap from the possessed little girl in the movie.

Also, Utax... im sorry my friend but i told you the wrong flowering time for my plant. I went and looked at my grow log and turns out my plant has been in flower for 11 and a half weeks... not 13.
