What's your method for cleaning out a very well used pipe?

I don't. Last time I tried to clean my glass piece (boil) it fuckin deformed my piece just a little. Even though it's not really that noticeable I am a picky person and it pissed me off. That shit cost too much money to get damaged in any way.

Don't boil it n00b! That can 'cause it to break, yo'.
Take some rubbing alcohol, 91% or the highest you can get, put your pipe in a bag, fill it with the alc, put in some salt, shake it around and let the salt knock resin loose.
I really don't clean my pipes though, never had, don't plan to. Not for awhile at least. The resin just doesn't bother me that much.

well thanks for that bit of info I was thinking about boiling it but I don't want anything bad happening to my baby, rubbing alcohol would have been my next guess
