all you need to know is:
-use a rasp-type bit
-Dremel tools are great. Corded is better than corded. Better speed.
-Fill the vase that you want to make a bong out of with water. And hold it so that where you are going to drill is also just barely under water. A big tupperware works great for this.
-heat or pressure causes glass to crack and the bit to get dull.
-work gently with the hole just at the surface of the water and always wear your safety glasses because little glass dust and shards go everywhere.

pooringwater over the place where your drilling helps 2
And putting a small bit of masking tape where you want to drill should help stop the drill bit slipping, which can stab you in the hands, and belive me, it's happened to me and it hurts, spesh when the drill is still going round in your flesh.

Yeah, looked like it too. I got the webbing between my index and thumb, blood everywhere. Reminded me of when i cut the webbing on the same hand when i was younger with a tin of baked beans

Aye! I had a drill bit go into my leg, that was nasty for sure and I still have a very noticeable scar even 7 months later.
