OK, well a few J's will probably not be soo bad so don't panic :)
When you burn mouldy bud you will destroy some of the mould, the issue though here is that mould spores can be tough! Those little suckers can survive and still get into your lungs. Also some micro-organisms can produce toxins when they grow, you then consume these toxins when you consume the MJ.
I know it might sound hard to beleive that it can survive burning but beleive me it is true.
OK the Bottom Line! Basically unless you are immune-suppressed (e.g. You have Cancer and are taking Chemo, or you have HIV/AIDS) then you should be able to fight off such an infection IMHO.
If however you begin to feel any pain or discomfort - (chest infections can feel "funny" and hard to define) or begin hacking up mucus then go to the doc and tell him/her the truth. You can be tested quickly and treated with anti-biotics if need be.
Aspergillus is the one to watch IMHO - that's the dreaded "Black Web" fungus and the resulting toxin can fuck you up - not in a nice way ;)

If you are bothered by it though and feel AT ALL unwell go to see the doc.
