I haven't had a Hot Dog in over 10 years, well not a real one.. I had been a vegetarian for a very long time and early 2006 I gave it up due to health concerns, couldn't keep my weight up being a vegetarian and lost the taste for most of the things that kept me healthy..

Anyways, i am having a serious craving for a dog from Gray's Papaya! Must.. get.. hot dog....

I had some really good bratwurst the other day for the first time in a long time. It was quite badass. And its deer season so deer sausage which is the best thing ever isn't far away :D

wow.. just remembered i dream I just had recently that I didn't remember having when i woke up until now.. and I was eating Bratwurst in the dream lol.. wow weird dream when I think about what was going on, the whole dream was about trying to eat the bratwurst without having to pay for it..

There is some Portuguese sausage that they server at bars around here (Portuguese bars) That I want to try some time. I remember the first time I saw it I was pretty drunk sitting at the bar watching a soccer/football game with one eye open.. then i look down the bar and all i see is flames and I am like what in the name of... Turns out it was sausage that they set on fire, friend of mine that I asked about it told be in was soaked in a alcohol, possibly a amaretto type liqueur then set ablaze suspended from the table by skewers on a stand.. Pretty interesting, confused the hell out of me when i was drunk, didn't know if i should throw my beer on it or ask to try some ;)

Never heard of either one of em, nearest places to me are not convenient to get to for me, and are only a local chain, which i suspect goes same for the places ya mentioned, up here it is Falls View. Gray's Papaya in nyc is easiest for me to get to with Path train so close, and the 33rd street train lets off 2 blocks away for the 6th ave location.

heh, a hot dog is so much better than I would be able to make at home, on top of the fact it is the same shit, just for some reason it tastes so much better when ya get it from someplace good
