So tonight I was chillin outside playin hackey sack on the sidewalk with two of my friends. A cop pulls up, and starts fucking yelling at us and threatens to take us to jail. He was being an asshole about it to, getting all in our faces and sticking his finger in our face. Since when is hackey sack a crime?

Well still loving living in canada. I dont hate cops. I am glad they're around here. What that cop did to you was wrong, we all know that.

But other things like busting you guys for weed and such. It's there job. It's the whole dont shoot the messenger thing. the problem is the crazy politions and crazy parents who yell at the cops to get drugs off the streets.

Well you cant really come to any conclusion on this fact. If an officer gives you shit, dont give him attitude, he just trying to see what ur really doing there even if it is just plain old hackin a sack. When dealing with an officer in any situation remain calm and dont verbally argue with him, its pointless. If you had just told him u were playing hackysack and he had nothing else to do, thats harassment, and on any given day a cop wants to harass you, have him call back up and he will proably just leave. Theres more then one way to get rid of a cop if hes got no excuse for fuckin with you other then arguing with him. State your rights, you dont even have to talk to him if you dont want. People fall victim every day to a cops attitude when saying nothing at all back is really how to deal with it. You talkin back gives him reason to continue talkin smack.

Only one of these police officers are GOOD.

Nicest cop I ever encountered, found me past out in a park, with a empty bottle of vodka like 5 feet away from me, a pipe somewhere next to me and at the time I had about an 1/8 on me. haha. Funny enough, I have been arrested for playing hacky sack. I was playing outside in a coffee shop parking lot and 18 kids were arrested and brought to trial for trespassing. Since it was my first infraction i got an ACD (6-month probation). To bad we didnt getting into High Times news.

There are some cops that yes sadly are dicks and abuse the power they have. Then there are the other ones who are cool and know when it's clean fun and let you out with a warning. I make a rule never to be an ass regardless, it only brings more heat. I've found if you are polite honest and cool 99% of time the cop will be too. And yes I'm talking about Texas cops. I've been on a first name basis with some when i used to work late nights. They have a job to do and usually it's the rookie that isn't sure what to do yet that causes more problems then anything. Remember we don't know what they go through, i've seen cops just flat out get yelled at for doing their job. I'm not saying we have to like them or love them just give them some respect and don't be stupid. You'll be surprised how much of a difference that makes.
