Hookah Help

Hey guys, anyone know of a good way to rig a hookah for bud? I'm looking for a way to smoke bud out of it without have to toss it in with the tobacco. Any ideas? Experiences?

if you smoke straight bud it will burn it up so fast.
you almost have to put a layer of shisha on the bottom, put a layer of wed and then another layer of shisha for it to burn nice and slow.

i agree with chronic on this one, though i usually put a bit more bud in mine,
