How about a light PH'd kelp foliar spray for clones...? Should I be watering lightly with B1 or anything..? I feel like I should be doing something to help them along....

Before roots show... plain water only. Or you can mist the mother with Wilt-Pruf before taking cuttings, and then mist the cuttings again after you put them in your cloner.
After rooting and potting... B1 transplant solution is helpful to help them root faster into their ultimate home.

ya that is some good advice, you want it to be very humid in your cloning chamber and a bit warmer too (73-80F). Once you have achieved this, the roots will have a much easier time building up and getting started. If you spray nutrients on the plants before they are ready there is a good chance they will go into stasis and remain the same size with no improved growth over a long period of time.
The most important thing I have found with clones is that you dont have to help them or keep tending to them that much. You need to check the moisture in the medium with the cutting in it and also the humidity and temp in the room, other than that give it a week and you will soon have clones!
