Getting on an airplane with Pot and a Pipe

Back in the day when I used to smoke, not only could we get on an airplane with pot, but we could usually smoke a joint in the bathroom or take a few hits off a pipe at our seats.

OK, things have changed a little. To start with, flights are now non-smoking, :D

I'm going on vacation next week, and I want to take my stash and pipe with me. Of course the main problem is getting through security (its a domestic flight). Are they even looking for drugs anymore? :confused:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get through security with my stash and pipe?

my suggestion is, roll a joint, put it in a sammich baggie, duct tape it real good, get it wet, roll it in jalepeno powder, duct tape it some more and between the ass cheeks with it. roll a couple if its a long flight. also, i suggest you take a box of matches because they dont let you take lighters on anymore and a wide straw. now let me break it down for you.
in the bathroom sink on the left side of the bowl you will see an octogon of holes. light a match and hold it close to these holes, if the flame gets sucked in your good to go. if not, dont even attempt the following.
1. light your joint and always keep it close to these holes, also, you might want to check the room for cameras before you do anything, just in case.

2.take your hits by craning your head down to meet you joint by these holes, always keeping the joint very close to them.

3. i assume youve had that straw out of your pocket and in your hand? good boy. blow the smoke through the straw and into the holes

repeat until finished.
on a side note, if you want to kill some time you can always clean the bathroom, make it spotless ya know?
if you dont follow these instructions and somehow mess up, the hyper sensitive smoke alarm in the bathroom will go off, in that case, you will need to flush everything down the toilet and deny, deny, deny, always deny, no matter what.

Just put it in your checked luggage and hide it good. The only way they'd find it is with dogs and I am pretty sure they don't use dogs for domestic flights.

You should be fine if you put it in your pockets, warning they might have you take off your sweater and shoes. Don't put it on checked baggage, when I flew from Fresno to Houston last year, the second you checked them in, a security guard would search it thoroughly. And don't smoke in the bathroom, that's just stupid.

I know after September 11th they started having an xray machine for checked baggage and had you put it through, wait for it to be screened, and then a security gard putting it away and saying your free to go (onto YOUR security checkpoint for you and your carry-on). Three years ago I flew to New York with a fatty in my pocket, nothing happened but I smoked that fatty a little at a time for two full days and then flew home with a big fat roach too.
I remember in 1980 when we used to be able to party like animals on Trailways or Greyhound buses going back and forth from colleges and what not and we smoked the bus out even catching a buz to the driver.

If you are really scared about getting caught put everything in a ziplock bag and then hide it in a jar of peanut butter with other snackfoods to not look obvious. It's worked for me many a good time.

i would hide it in 2 baggies, the problem with the smell is the oil thats left on your hands, wash the baggies with lemon juice, and your hands. hide it with other snacky food things in your carry-on. or in an opaqe candy bag like starburst, m&ms under the candy.

When I flew to Florida (Tampa airport)...I brought a gram, wrapped it several times and then put it in a small bottle of shampoo...obviously it worked.

It's all in your attitude. If you don't reek of weed, and you are acting like a non-stoner, and you don't wear a shirt with pot leaves on it, you will be fine to smuggle some weed on the plane in your pocket, but don't carry a pipe on your person. Pack the pipe in your checked baggage and put it in between some clothes so that it is in the middle of the bag.
Also: don't try to smoke anything on the plane. They WILL catch you, they WILL have local police waiting at your destination at which point you WILL be interrogated, arrested (federal offense), and likely ass-raped. Smoking on plane = bad idea

If you can't go 3-4 hours without toking-up, maybe you should consider cutting down in general. This is an indication that you are a fiend (not to mention the wasting of weed by smoking more when you are already high)

Easiest method, I've had friends who have done this within the past year.....but you can't bring your pipe, only papers and budz. Take your baggie of budz and throw ur papers in there as well, roll it up nice and tight and then put it in ANOTHER baggie, roll that up, then ANOTHER baggie, roll that up. Then buy a jar of peanut butter and stuff the bag down the middle of the peanut butter jar so that the bag is covered and not noticable. Yes it's a little messy and sticky, hence the triple bagging, but it works =)

I like to take a little something with me sometimes. My last excursion was domestic flight to Boise and my anus was getting tired of holding in a triple-baggie of budz. I had no issues at all and just when I started wondering why I'd gone through all the trouble of insertion, I passed a cop with his cute big dog in the Boise Airport. IF you have to do it, and you have to use a pipe, get a new one that hasnt been used and store your pot and pipe in different areas. If you do the shampoo bottle thing I would put some pepper in there too for the smell

Airport security is now checking liquids and limiting the amount to something like 4oz maximum bottles and only so many total bottles. IOW, bottles and jars are now also under close scrutiny, so be careful! It's better and safer to wrap it well and mail it ahead.

As for the pipe, I just bought a new wood one that doesn't look like a pipe, and won't use it until I get to my destination. It was cheap, so I'll just throw it out before I come back.

I wouldn't try it. My brother got detained in Italy for having a suspicious shampoo bottle. They brought him to a back room and whipped this special strip of paper all over his bag. Apparently it detects trace amounts of most drugs. People are paid alot of money to figure out how people smuggle drugs.

I did have a friend who smuggled mushrooms from amsterdam in his camera somehow.

You think they don't have drugs in prison?? My stepmom works at one and said it's really easier for an inmate to get drugs into prison than it is to get them on a plane.

personally when i go on vacation, I can do without weed. Especially with how tight security is at airports these days! Come on your not even allowed to bring on liquids on planes anymore cause they are scarred it might be a liquid exspolsive! never mind trying to smuggle onto the plane some weed, and a pipe!! Well, I bought 2 rather expensive glass pipes in Vancouver a couple years ago and was pulled aside at customs in the airport when supposedly a dog "hit on me" where they were found new and unused still inside the store bag with receipt but they took them. I didn't argue much about it as I had other goodies well stashed and I only wanted out of there ASAP.

So if I were going to buy another expensive pipe I'll mail it back with the rest of the contraband and play it safe. Times aren't what they used to be and we must evolve...
