If you're living with your parents do they know you smoke? What do they think? I don't think mine would mind since I know they did the same when they were young so I'd just tell them they were hypocrits if they were too bad. I don't think they know for sure but I'm sure they have ideas. The other day I told my dad that we were making shadow puppets for ages when I went camping with friends. He said "Are you sure you didn't have anything other than alcohol" and I just said "Like what" and he said "well, certain other... substances... might make you want to do that for hours." All I could do was just say quietly "It wasn't hours."

I'm glad I don't live with my folks.
But overall my parents trust me so I guess I don't really have a problem with them. It's easier when you don't live with them. And NO the don't know I smoke

Im in the same sitiuation as you, both my parents smoked when they were earlier, and I smoke now, the onyl thing different is that I live at college now, so they don't have a clue what the hell I do... I dunno My parents both found out that I did it... my dad found some and told me I better not get CAUGHT with it again... he said nothing about smoking it :O

Well my mother live's with me rather than I live with her. she never really minded when I smoked pot in the house before I bought it though.:)

yeah that whole thing about hypocrits, that isnt gonna stop a parent from punishing you, both my parents smoked, and admited to it, but that didnt stop them from sendin me to treatment, and just because you think your parents know your high, doesnt mean they do, afterall, your high! I for a while thought "o yeah, my parents have to know i smoke, blah blah , they dont care, blah blah blah"

My rents would flip out. I have a buddy who parents who are totally cool with it. We always go to his place and chill smoke and make plans for the evening. His rents will sometimes come up and ask someone to pack and bowl and they cash the weed in one hit. LoL.. But I guess since they are letting u stay at their place and smoke weed I guess its only fair. Peace.

Here's the real trick, make smaller bowls. You want no smoke in the room? Pack a 3rd of the bowl you normally would, like a half gram to a gram, and cash that bitch. then, reload and go again.

Hold the hit AS LONG AS YOU CAN. Even until after you think you're gonna pass out. Good times. :D

I am 16 and I live with my parents. They don't know I smoke weed everyday, but they think I do every weekend. They also know every other drug that I've tried. For a while they were fucking sketched out by it but they think I only smoke weed now.

I always smoke weed in my bedroom and bathroom and they've never noticed.

my dad's a stoner and actually gave me a little weed on occasion...that is until my stepmom found out and grounded me. I couldn't leave the house for a month and couldn't even get away with burning incense. ever since then I've been smoking pretty much every day in my room and they haven't said anything.

Yup, my mom knows and has 'accepted it'. She isn't happy about it at all, but she understands. I told her it's better then alcohol, and she completely agrees. ((mainly because I'm on anti-depressants)) The second time I smoked pot in the house I told my mom directly that I was smoking, and if she preferred I would do it outside. I also mentioned that I don't smoke pot to get high, but just to get that initial buzz so I could fall asleep. ((ha! Blatant lie. Though I do just smoke a lil' when I don't have much so I can fall asleep.)) She knows I have severe insomnia and I have been on all sorts of medication for it. I hallucinated on my most recent one ((ambien)) so she didn't want me on it. In her opinion pot is better for my insomnia then prescriptions since I'm already on a million different pills for bi-polar. And she doesn't have to pay for it. She doesn't know I'm experimenting with other ((legal)) substances though, such-as salvia, morning glories, salvia 10x, and ayahuasca.

yea my mom knows i smoke and shes kool with it shes actually the person who gets it for me lol. she knows this jamaican guy that smokes everyday and her friends son smokes and deals to. i smoked with her once but then she messed up my pasta lol. i dunno if my dad knows i smoke i think he does because 1 day he came home early from work and my room door was open and he mustve seen my friend packing the bong, well my friend was convinced anyway. but he never said anything about it. he took me and my friend on a road trip to ohio to meet up with people and he just let us do whatever we wanted it was awesome. i guess im just one of the lucky ones :cool:

My pa an' I share smoking stories. My favorite is about when he was dealing and got caught by the feds. Me mum called when he was kissing the floor with a knee in his back. They said he was tied up.

One of my elder brothers has smoked with pa, but I have yet to have opportunity and weed up to his standards.

i'm a freshmen in college right now so i don't live with my parents anymore but when i did i can assume they suspected me. i lost my glass piece in my house and never saw it since so i'm guessing my mom picked that up. my parents never smoked weed so they're kinda gay about that but i don't care

Mine know, they aren't "cool" with it, but they're resigned to the fact that I'm an adult that can make his own desisions. When I lived at home I was caught about three times. One time with shrooms, and very surprisingly they were the least worried about that :) Well, now I'm in college, and the only thing they've said to me was:
mom: Are you doing anything illegal?
me:yeah, obviously
mom:I don't want you to get kicked out
me:I kept it a secret from you for years, I think I can handle it :)

yea society is so accepting of alcohol that they dont see it as a drug but if you mention weed a less powerful drug that doesnt even kill brain cells and no1 has ever died from then some parents freak out its just the way society and the media is. my friends sister is a big pothead and shes in college now and her mom found her bong in her room and made it into a vase lol we called it the vong. then she came home from college and stole it back good times..

see i never had this problem.....first my parents started letting me smoke then they started buyin me a pack a day then they would lemme drink if i payed for it out of my own money. then when i got caught smoking weed...i just simply told them...you can't stop me i'm going to do it either way...might as well just let me do it instead of just making a big long drawn out deal over it.....it worked....if you got the balls try it lol

Yeah I have a friend who thinks its cool to drink huge bottles of vodka but refuses to smoke weed, even though I've pointed out that in most ways alcohol is much worse.

My mom doesnt really care that I smoke.. She rathers me do it in my room because she knows that im not going to get caught if I do it while im in the house. She understands though. She did it when she was a kid. Just tryin to keep the tradition alive!

when i was around 18 i was always getting fucked up on the weekends. the sucky thing was i lived in a travel trailer with my parents, and we were all a buncha packrats, and so i'd come home late at night and have to climb over a lotta shit while i was fucked up. and the pile of junk was always right next to my parents bed, which was next to the only door...i swear my dad knew what i was up to...but for some reason never said anything to me about it...
