Personally i can't stand american football, or soccer(football everywhere else).

I am more of an academic kind of person though. I like baseball, but soccer is to much running for me, and american football is boring as fuck to me. Honestly I don't find one better than the other, both take a lot of skill, to the rest america, soccer is much more than just *kicking a ball* and to everyone else in the world , american football is much more than just *knocking each other stupid*.

I realize this may be a shock, expecially to whoever created the two previous threads. But trust me when I say it is true.

I don't watch any sports, not even hockey anymore. I don't know, I find it silly how competitive people get when they see a bunch primates running around chasing an object. "Duh uh.. get da ball, put in net..duh uh" :p

UFC Fighting I watch though as it combines all marital arts skills, so that's like a sport I guess.

its fun... unless you are talking about the people in europe who have big drunken brawls and mob opposing fans riot all the time etc. that is probably overkill but really is probably fun too.

Wow, you guys sure seem to have a lot of fun. Idealist punks. Sports are much more than "derrrr get the ball". Do you know how smart you have to be to play football(certain positions more than others). These NFL qb's memorize what every person is doing on every play and they have hundreds of different plays with hundreds of different formations. It is very complicated stuff. Plus sports teach people things, especially kids what life is about. Hard work, dedication, loyalty, physical fitness, combates laziness, etc, etc. It gets shoved under the bus in the upper levels of competative athletics but it is still there.

I dont know I like a lot of sports, pretty much all the basics except baseball. As far as I'm concerned there isnt anything better than getting stoned at watchign a football or hockey game.

baseball sucks, too much money. How you can you justify the Yankees having a barely sub-$300 million payroll when KC has like a $50 million payroll. When baseball gets a salary cap I will watch again, also when Barry Bonds trys to turn into on of those low outside fast balls and blows out his knee before he breaks Hank's record. Dude's got a retard head, it's twice the size of a normal dome. I am not talking about his ego either...which is a whole other story.
