well anytime i've ever done it, i just pack the wrap up, and then just use honey to seal it, rather than licking. it's pretty basic.

never baptize the blunt, its overkill.
rub some honey on a piece of rolling paper and let it dry, then burn it and smell the smoke, if you like the smell go ahead.
