well u know what im using its about 1 foot away from my plants.my plants are white widdow.my problem is they are about 4 to 5 weeks from germination.roughly two inches some of them have yellow tips and are starting to get yellow up towards the stock.some of the leave are kinda twisting up but those leave are completely green.i havent used any fertilizers yet.i moved the light up a bit it was lower and i turned the heating pad off turned a fan on and put some 10-15-10 schultz.im thinking it could be magnesium dificiency cuz our ph isnt to bad.help me out peoplez am i on the right track here?cuz i dont loose these guys.asap plz

then why are all my green leaves dropping?:confused:
KP is right. A 1000 watter should be 18 inches from the canopy. No heating pad is required for seedlings.
Use a fertilizer that has more N than P and K. ie. the first number should be the biggest.

heat stress will cause a plant to crisp and wilt at the same time; raise your light sweetie:)

thx again to the two people who helped me the other day.its seems to be working ok.now my problem is some of my leaves that are green are are a little twisted and not growing as much as some of my other plants.and they look demented some leaves are longer then the others.what goin on?keep in mind i did have the light pretty close.was that the problem?im using some fertilizer now .not a lot cuz i dont have the stuff i wanna use right now.so im watering with no damp 1 time a day and the other s when needed i use the fert.again there about 4 to 5 weeks old from germination.people what should i be doing.im just a beginner.what would u do if u were me?feel free to ask me something.asap thx
