Anyone use aerated compost tea?

Anyone use aerated compost tea? I have decided to go completely organic. I put away the Tiger Bloom and Bonicare products. I started making aerated compost tea. I use organic compost, eggshells, kelp meal, green sand, mexican bat guano, epson salts, worm castings, Organic SulPoMag, molasses, yeast and bone meal (0-11-0). I found out that I can't use bone meal in my tea because bone meal is not water soluable. So I bought some indonesian bat guano (0-12-0) today. So far (just these past three weeks) my plants are doing so much better than when I was using the store-bought products. I have two questions.
1. How much of the indonesian bat guano should I use per gallon. Is it the same ratio for soil (1 tablespoon per gallon of soil - is it the same as 1 tablespoon per gallon of water?)
2. Do I still need to flush before I harvest the plants?
3. Is there anything else I should add to the tea bag that my plants might be missing?

sounds good... ive always wanted to make some of this, mix it with compost, and make a worm farm with it.. ive heard worm castings have on average 20 times more microbial (fuck spelling) activity in them, than the original soil... so after using a bubbler thing, and worms, the microbial activity should be very very high... - good luck :)
