When you pick, make sure they have the small nipple at the top, otherwise don't pick. Also dont pick anything fat. Tall and skinny is what your looking for in Brit.

I'm tall and skinny, and some might say that I have a nipple on the top of my head, on occasion.
So, if the 'mushroom' you try to pick, suddenly starts screamming DONT PICK IT!!
