Cos after GTA III [Liberty City] and Vice City and San Andreas, there was Liberty City Stories and now Vice City Stories. I guess it's going to be the same idea of what they did with liberty city stories but with a vice city theme.

I'll probably end up getting a ps3, i mean the ps2 has lasted a long long time so hopefully the ps3 will too.

Eventually all the good games will only be on ps3... so it's inevtiable.

both ps3 and 360 rock....and from what i know, the new concle GTa is called GTA IV, and it is coming out on both 360 and ps3, and i beleive it will be a shorttime exclusive...for 360...like 1 or 2 months after it comes out on 360 it'll come out on ps3.

I think the next GTA (GTAIV) is being released in October 2007 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 at the same time.

I can't decide whether to get a Xbox 360, or wait for the PS3. If I get the 360 I can play Saints Row, but will miss out on the next Getaway game for PS3, as I can't afford both.

Meanwhile, I'm hoping Vice City Stories will come to the PS2 before then. It ain't worth buying a PSP just for one game!

Liberty City Stories wasn't a bad game, it is certainly miles better than the other GTA rip-offs!

Yes, GTA4 will be available on the 360. Looks like sony lost thier money making exclusive game. I've heard talk about how bad sony dropped the ball and goofed up the PS3 launch as bad as they have. $600 system and not one single good game for it. There's rumors about how this may be sony's last console. Can't say that I'm surprised.

i Have played some 360 games and i gotta say they are sweet! Gears of war is insaine, the new superman game is fun.

I'm just not going to pay that mutch for video games. I'll spend 300$ on a wii.

I haven't played either the Xbox 360 nor the new PS3. :p I don't get hardons with video games like some people do, I don't know, I guess I grew out of it. I guess I don't see the point spending $500-$600 on something like that. There's much better things to spend that kind of cash on. Not to mention fools who paid $4000 when the PS3's first came out. Yeah, a shortage on machines all right :rolleyes: After X-mas you won't be able to turn around without seeing one.

Isn't that what they did with the 360's and like, 90% of them crapped out after an hour of playtime? That stuff is oure shit. It costs them maybe $50 to produce a machine yet people spend their entire paycheques on one. People just have too much time on their hands these days. :p

Yeah NoChowder, some PS3's were going for $9,000 on Ebay. :eek: What good is a PS3 if your electricity is gonna be shut off for the next 6 months and you get evicted. Atleast he can kind of stare at it under the street light. Some people will pay rediculous amounts for something.

I bought a 360 awhile back and play it sometimes, I play Gears and the new Rainbow Six: Vegas but I'm really waiting for a price drop on the PS3, plus I wanna make sure they get all of the kinks kicked first so I don't play it for a week and have it take a shit and stop working. I don't really think the 360 is worth it as I've only bought 5 games for it in about 6 months and ended up returning 2 of them for in-store credit.

Saints Row is pretty cool, has some nice customization and graphics.. but really the online play sucks dick and it gets pretty boring fast because there's not really an emphasis on anything and everything has been done before. They kinda just put you in the world and say, "Okay, here's everything we could fit on here wrapped in nice graphics, go play around for awhile." and not much else.

I have to admit though, I have seen commercials for Gears of War and I'd really like to take a turn at that game. Looks pretty wicked!

Anyone ever play God of War for PS2? That game was badass and I hear they're making a second one. Now that, I'd rent the machine for a week and play the entire time. :p

plus ps3 is goin to be released later whereas 360 has already came out.. so they have more time not to rush things and make it way better..

but then again... 360 will have halo THREE

well all of the cities from the original gta game have been done (remember the 3 cities Liberty city, san andreas and vice city), so they would have to come up with something new, i'm guessing GTA London after, as lip said, gta san andreas stories.:)

no-one ever realise that Rockstar and Rockstar North (the developers behind the GTA series, manhunt, and the new canis canem edit, all of which are considered the most violent games out to date) is a Scottish company based in Dundee :thumbsup:

they made that new bully game too.. havn't played it but imo it dosnt look that good.. but then again ppl who've played it have told me its great
