If you think that you wont be traced because you search via a website. sorry man, but ur just as vulnerable useing that shit as opposed to not. to each thier own I suppose. I just try to be as careful as possible. and I would argue your point that a proxy doesn't do anything. Perhaps you don't understand how secure proxies work. In anycase, I have a buddy in Japan who runs my proxy for me, so I know it's secure... well, as secure as anything can be.

Anywho, I just wanted to pass this info along to anyone who chooses to use it.

You can't do searches on here through a proxy. And quite frankly, when you use a proxy the company can be supeonaed by authorities to divulge thier information....... I highly doubt that they would go through all the trouble unless they were specifically looking for you...wouldn't you agree?

Well, yes you can do searches on here via a proxy, every post I've made, ever search i've run has been through a proxy. I agree, the coppers would have to go through a lot of shit to get my info from tlhis website, but better safe then sorry.

I can't do searches with mine.....it always says that the string I entered is incorrect. I can however do everything else.

really... hmmm that's odd, I use a MAC program called Netsheild which lets me pick annon servers anywhere in the world... sometimes I have issues with searching but I just use the proxies that I know work well..

I must have my settings messed up or something...when I logged in I noticed my proxy isn't working when I do that either..oh hell! GL Geeky Grower!
