Net cuts out, cant log back into chat.

I have an unstable connection at the moment. It disconnects/connects randomly. Earlier It disconnected and upon reconnecting I couldn't re log into chat. I receive this message:

"Err P783. Access Denied. You are already logged in."

So I try logging out and back in, and it still doesn't help.

Any help would be appreciated :)
