Nitrogen def possibly, most likely. What's your feeding schedule, how old and what kind of nutes.

if they are entering the final stage of flowering, it's natural for them to drain and shed their leaves. at that point in the plants life, the fan leaves have fulfilled their purpose. I could be wrong, but each of my grows have had leaves go yellow and wilt. Whether it's some other problem I can't tell from the pics.

feeding monsta bud 5mls per litre of water ,1 litre per day its a big plant. 1ts in flower 9 weeks but in 2 stages new growth stems and buds came on in the last two weeks as you can see by pics of new buds and more mature ones weird i know but thats the way its gone?

I would think it is just the normal necrosis that takes place in flower towards the end when the plant is using up the stored nitrogen from the fan leaves to boost production before harvest. It is usually a good sign. With the new growth I would think about a two part harvest, meaning I would harvest the more mature stuff soon and then drop the light and let it go for another week or two.
