cant get on chat

everytime i try to get on ze chat room for c.com it comes up with a Err U483. Access Denied. The user name you entered is not permitted.

is there somethin i have to do or is the chat room broken or somethin? thanks muchly :D

You sure it doesn't have any thing to do with the spaces in your name? I dunno really, that was just a suggestion.
