HELP ME feed my plants -veg state

Hey guys, i have put my plants into veg last week, but i was giving them the regular- 1-1-1 formula for my nutrients, of course GH is the best, which i use, my plants look like they are starting to hang down a bit, is it time to kick it up a notch and go to 2-3-1 formula- micro grow bloom?
