What went wrong?

Im thinking of starting my second grow
but i had a problem on my 1st with 2 plants
i was just wondering if anyone could shed light on what was wrong with them

Without any details my guess would be PH lockout.

sorry i used mircale grow 1-2 times a wk but never knew the ph of water i was using but 3 of my other plants were fine n tured out great
