Help with rhapsody

I just bought rhapsody, The problem is this: It downloads to 99% then it doesnt stop trying to download, but it has been trying for an hour and hasnt moved to 100% yet. Whats the problem?

NVM close this i figured it out, mcafee was making it not be able to access the net. fixed.
