What is this on my female plant?

It is at the top middle of the picture, a pod with 2 brown pissels growing out of it?

Need to know if its a male or female pod?

Female pod. You can see how it looks like a tear drop just tucked into the corner of the branch. Male flowers tend to grow out then dangle like a bunch of bananas.

That helps a lot! thanks, over the past week I had to kill 2 of my plant cos they started growing many male pods, but that was from some cheap "California Special" seeds.
The picture is from my rather more costly "ICE" female seeds and I was told that a male pod may appear so I just had to be sure.

First time grower so expect a lot of questions from me in the future!

Yeah, female pod. The white hairs [Pistilles] will grow from that in a V shape, then you'll get more and more untill it forms a cola of pistilles, then you get the bud growth at about 4 weeks in. Sometimes it can take longer for bud growth to begin, but that for sativas.
