Depends on the person and how much you are smoking each time too, but 4 times a week is very little so I wouldnt worry about a tolerance problem at all. Its when you smoke 4 times a DAY that your tolerance starts to build up to a point where you really have to start smoking more just to feel it.

I've been puffin the same midgrade hydro bud for the last 6 years or so and it still works for me. When you get a bit bored, thats what kiff is for.

Smoking 4 time's a week won't build you much tolerance at all. I have realized that my tolerance stays around the same when smoking only a bowl a day. However, if I increase it to two bowls everyday my tolerance begins to decline noticably. When I simply take a day off and then smoke my bowl the next, my tolerance seems to have dropped noticeably.

I've been a weekend smoker for about 8 years, I still get roasted in joint circles within 3 rounds (puff puff pass). If I smoke a whole J or a bowl by myself I can't do anything productive =P

this doesnt have much to do with the topic.. but is it true that running helps lower the tolerence??

yeah exercise can help quite a bit. Something to do with the THC being released out of your body when you do so.

sort of,
smoking after running or any other cardiovascular excercise will get you higher than normal. this is because excercise makes the body produce endorphins, which, in there own way, get you high. the combo is incredible; wait 20 mins after running and light up...
as for lowering, it would help to dispell canabinoids in the body through sweating, so, i'd think it would a little...

I'm tolerant as Fuck after smoking daily for about 2 years, I really do miss the one hit makes you quit feeling. But it is a great relief to know that I can quit for a bit and be just as vulnerable to MaryJane as I ever have been.
Just know that it takes a lot longer to build up a tolerance than to loose one.
