what the hell is this, help!

theres this wired yellowish-brownish lil spot on one of my leaves. It does look like it got burt. Is it possible its a mold?!

Its not mold.
it could be deficiency, but it hasent spread to any other leaves so, it could be from fertilizer or water i have dripped ferts on a leaf befor and it burned a spot in it, also water will boil of under the light and can burn also. If the problem spreads take a look at the diagram i have attached below.

Looks like Manganese Deficiant possably.
