Yes, it is like a reputation thing. It shows where you are at. Also it is used by the mods for infractions. Go search the threads on the new Reputation feature and you'll find out. :D

Basically, you vote for people. Look at Billionfold, Orangeman, etc. I'm not very popular, yet. :( LOL. j/k. Dunno if I wanna be. ;)
