Opinion Q: Is it worth it?

1. I just got 2 quarters, 1 and an 1/8 of trainwreck and an eight of sour diesel. All for $240 (shit aint cheap)

2. I usually buy ounces of no named nugs usually for $350. (this is the best ive seen from milwaukee, but I dont have amazing hookups, but anyway..)

My question is, in your opinion, is it worth the investment of buying the good shit, based on highs experienced, in comparison to just middies? I bought it anyway just to test the difference, but on the budget I have, I cant always afford it. Obviously it must be amazing highs with high grade, but you save $130 an ounce without...I dunno, I'm sure I know responses will typically say just go for it, but I'm curious if there's any who would disagree. I dunno.

You'll realize that paying a quarter for 3/4 of what you pay for an entire ounce is stupid, despite any quality. You should definitely stick with getting regs.

well i reside in milwaukee and i consistently get 1/8s of no named dank nugs for 50 bucks and it seems like u paid 60 per eighth for yours...not to mention any decent dealer should offer a discount for buying in bulk but anyways unless your buds are wayyyyy more danker than mine i dunno if its worth it or not

personally, worth is all in the eye of the person who is paying....if u wanna get some great strains and the only way is to spend 60 per eighth then do it...some people out there somewhere would be willing to pay more, while some people say dont do it....thats all part of the supply and demand and if this dealer has got the high end bud market cornered in ur area then u have to make a decision...sry, lol that was the economics major coming out in me

personally, id much rather pay 50 for some great bud instead of 20 for the same amount of mids....just ask urself how much its worth to you

I like dank shit because I actually enjoy the smoking part of it.
Of course it's all personal preference, but I like to keep some mids and some dank around. 50 an eighth is about what I pay for some pretty good sativa strain

Quality over quantity, unless you're going to be cooking. I'd say buy a lot of mids and bake that shit man. :)

lol i pay schwagg prices, i wouldn't think of paying dank even 10 a gram are too much for me... while you're getting 1 gram for 10 i'm getting 3 and a half... but the weed i get is always worth it atleast, except for now and again, comes in all shake, rittled with seeds, but that's the risks you take.

i have a feeling its the same shit i get....it probably has a name but its not dank enough that dealers mention it....it just goes as "dank" but in my experience its a variant of 3 different strains that are all similiar to each other and its just random and timing for whta kind u get....but its always 50 an eighth and its reall real good shit

Well, like i said, I buy that shit in bulk typically and pay 350 for the ounce, but ive never had anything named ever come around until now (for me that is). Usually the stuff is good enough to get me nice and high, it just takes a moderately fat bowl between two. None of it is ever an amazing strain though, or maybe it was but it just passed through so many hands that the quality is lost.

Let me tell you, it's some good shit though. Last night it didnt take many hits for me and it lasted a while longer. I'll prob use 5-6 grams of it to make a nice batch o brownies.

It's just hard for me to decide on making investments like that, haha. (I'm just weighing out if its worth straining my budget for)

Yeah, $45 for an 1/8 sounds about right... Though I sympathize with the OP... I once had a guy try and sell me a 1/8th of supposedly skunk/AK for close to $100... Needless to say I didnt go for it. Around here (during x-mas) you can get some real good schwag for $50 an O. Sticky, smells good, no seeds, little leaves/stems, and *WILL* get you high with 2 hits. I dont know how some of you guys afford your $350+ an O weed... I mean once in a while I wouldnt mind going for some high-end stuff but, at the rate an O lasts me, I couldnt afford to get the $350-an-O stuff every time... :stoned:
