Personaly, i hated all of the GTA series. But that is just me. I am a contemporary Redneck with no sense of social structure or violence. I "ain't" got no "idear" about a game such as "GTA"

San Andreas is good, but GTA: Vice City changed gaming. It may not have the best grafics, but it doesnt need them. It'll always be my fav. I love it.

I don't play PS2..

But, my mate in London has one, and I've played it a little when I was there..

So, I'd have to say GTA: Liberty City Stories..:p

best ps2 games probably need for speed 2, mgs2 and all the gta's apart from liberty city storys

Grand Turismo and Need For speed Hot Pursuit 2. Never cared for the NFSs without the cops.

for me it comes down to two series of games. the grand theft auto series(gta3,vicecity,sanandreas,libertycitystories ) and the madden franchise preferably madden 06 and up.

Gran Turismo Aspec was really cool too, and ill be buying Gran Turismo 4 soon, now that the price is like 20 bucks.

I usually only play sports games if I play...so Madden 05...didn't really like 06 or 07 so I stuck with 05. Then ESPN BBall.

And the only other games I've had (and liked) besides football and basketball were San Andreas (and VC), Metal Gear 2, and Tony Hawk 3...in that order.

GTA 3 did, but i didnt like it. I still think vice city was better, even though GTA 3 had better graphics and was out first??? Confusing.

Anyways, i played Liberty City Stories on my mates psp when i was in the middle of a river, it was pretty good although i couldnt do any missions cos i kept rolling spliffs, in all we probably smoked about 10 each just by lunch time.. damn, thats what i call a good summer, lots of sun and endless amounts of weed.

Lol, yeah. Vice city probably is better then GTA3, it seems so long ago since i played it. Sequels should surpass their predecessors, in theory. That's what I call a good summer aswell :) Bring on the next GTA!

Mine would be FFX. It was hands down the best value for my time/dollar. A close second would be a tie between GTA VC and Devil May Cry 3. Classics.

Silent Hill for Playstation was a wonderful game in my opinion. Gave me nightmares. Puzzles were really hard too. Remember the piano in the school? Man... I spent like... forever trying to figure that out with my cousin. We would go camping and he'd bring his playstation, then we'd play Silent Hill during the late hours. Good times.

FUCK MAN, I love silent hill, i beat 2 & 3, havnt played 1 and pussied out half way through 4, but i dont have any of them nemore but i think theres supposed to be a pack with all three ps2 silent hill in one, so i might see if i can pick that up somewhre,,,:stoned:

i actually just recently got san andreas like a few months ago, its pretty good but i mean cmon.. vice city!!
and theres this one racing game that if im in the mood for , its fucking ADDICTING! its called kinetica, its not cars your actually just these wierd robotic suit things. i love that game.

There was an old PS2 series called "Wipeout," where you'd race these hovering capsules on trippy courses. Those are some of my favorite I guess. ~

orignal playstation N2O nitrous oxide if you skipped the first track on the game and played track 2 in a regular cd player it was a crystal method cd prollly one of my most fav games of all times not to mention its trippy as hell

obviously the gta series.. those games have always been one of my favorites.. god of war was such a sick game.. so much fun, cant wait for the new one....
