If one could truly grasp the understanding of the universe and not only know, but comprehend it's workings, he would still not truly understand his basic concepts. For understanding something in a magnitude this great would require an understanding of the understood point.

2 thoughts i always have:
- everything is a paradox
- nothing matters in the long run

Anything can be everything yet nothing when understanding of basic universal theories occur i believe anyway.
