green light during your dark period

will if you want to work in your garden at night ....if u turn a green light during your dark period ...will it affect the plants?

green light is fine because it's the only colour they don't absorbe,but get something thats stricly green like green led's or a proper green gardeners light,don't use a incadesant lights they are crap and produce other types of light.
