started germinating yesterday..slow

started to germinate 3 bc bud seeds i had lying around, while i wait for 10 dutch passion green spirits. its going slow, 2 have started to pop out, the other starting to, hope it is read tomorrow. just wondering if checking on them is bad for the process?

I wouldnt think it is bad as long as they arent in direct light, I used a cap full of peroxide in a glass of water and they germinated within 36 hours.
