Guys!
Please help, my plants are 12 weeks old now, veg for 6, flowered for 6.
My plants looked really down and the lower leaves where turning yellow and starting to fall off, a little too soon for my liking seeing as theres another 6 weeks to go!
Not much was happening and I figured that they must need some fert or something.
I added some "Miracle Gro pour & feed" added less than the recommended dosage hoping to see some good results.
I've noticed now that the yellowing has increased and is even starting to affect new plant life at the lower of my plants!:( :(
My tips are curled too, I heard that was to do with the PH or calcium?
Basically, my plants arent doing too great, although some appear fine and unaffected.
It's weird, what am I doing wrong:mad:
PLEASEEEEEE Help:D

was up mole i would start by flushing out your soil (run a bunch of water thru the pots) good luck

possibly over-fertilized, flush well, as the previous post suggested, and lay off the nutes for at least a week, and stop altogether two weeks before harvest ... we all tend to over-feed, anyway ... also, do you have sufficiently large pots ? ... root-bound ? ... :smokin:

Its a possibilty seeing as I ferted the other day, the soil they are in should provide food until they have completed flowering. But yellowing of the leaves either means overfert or not enough magnesium i heard? (EDIT: Hence I figured it was a deficiency and ferted)
Some of my plants seem to be doing A- OK and its just one or 2, where the new life is yellowing, but its working from down to top
I really wanted to avoid flushing but perhaps its the best thing to do, I'm going away for a couple of days for the weekend and the plants will be solo for 2 days, so I'm a little concerned.
The pots are only 7 litres, I know that near the end of my last grow they were getting rootbound, so that's not a real concern at this moment in time i would of thought?

I had very similar symptoms, lower leaves yellowing, very tips of leaves dying, leaves curling down like a claw.......As best I could figure it was several factors that were off.....Too much heat, low nitrogen (possably to nute lock out) and low PH...the one that threw me the most was PH.....I flushed ( I put two small fans in after flush to help soil dry out as I was worried about adding another problem of over watering), tested soil PH and watered (after soil dried) with a light nute solution and adjusted the PH (aquarium ph adjusters added to water).....As for the heat i went all out and built a new cabinet, but adding some extra ventilation should do, if you don't have a thermometer, get one.........This all happened about 2 weeks into flowering, at 5 weeks now and things are looking better, yellowed leaves did not get green, but new growth was good and things did not get worse......Good luck with it.

looks like its root-bound, try transplanting into a bigger pot, make sure you loosen up the roots a little and cut down on miracle grow for a while (they have slow acting nutes that creep up on you if you use it too often) it could maybe be something to do with heat-stress, so cut down temps a little, other than that, nice grow man, hope it pulls thru ;)

Hi guys, thanks for the help, added some epsom salts and things started to look up, had some colour returning to the plants, and i was feeling good.
Unfortunately, I came back today, and the plants are once again yellowing.
I haven't added any extra nutes and I didnt flush.
So the nutes in the soil should still be there, unless your telling me my plants eaten a months food in 2 weeks!?!?
I'm almost on the home straight, this weekend will mean I have 3 weeks until it should be at its peak.
My question is:
Should I flush them or not?
If i do flush them, and it is a def of some sort, then the yellowing will increase
If i don't, and its nute burn, they will die.
New life is once again going yellow.
Any thoughts or views would be appreciated, (Ps I haven't moved them)
