Lighting Question

How many plants could you grow under:

2 125W CFL Envirolite Blue (for vegative growth)
each one delivers 10400 lumens .

Never done it, but about 3, I'd say.
Maybe 2.
There are some CFL experts around here, who'll be able to help more.

I think you could put about 20 of them under those lights in a area no bigger than 2x3 for about 3 weeks veg and they would all produce enough good growth to throw into flower under a bigger light such as a 600w, or a 400w but the 400W would really be pushing it IMO.

Well if you hang it straight down and track it and rotate the plants 5 by 6 feet. with single cola plants finshing under 16 inches and taking up eight inches then maybe 54 or so in bud. Way more in veg. Remember that the ultra violets do create radiation or RF waves so prolonged growth or mothers being grown under them is not the best idea.

One thing to mention, I've got an area of about 3.5x3.

I am planning to add a one 200W CFL Envirolite Red for flowering.


p.s: Im using only CFL's for this grow.

If growing from seed then I would veg 12 in hopes of geting 6 femails. If from clone I would go with about 15 if your going to veg for no more than 2 weeks, and see how your space and lighting works out for future grows.
