ENVIROLITE QUESTION blue and red?

I've got 2x 125w blue envirolites and 1x 200w red i'm using all 3 to flower and using just the blue to veg some 2 week old ones, but i was wandering if there is any point in using the red one with the 2 week old ones.Is it worth it?:confused:

id say have more red than blue for flowering and dont use the red with the young ones, but thats just me

The red can cause unwanted streching, but if you use 2 to 1 blue it can help with greater overall light productivity.

Red is for flowering, blue is for growing. But any extra light will help so throw it in anyways! The plants will use all the light it can, red or blue.
