well, ive read and heard not to give them any nutes till their at least 2 weeks. i gave mine nutes when they were like a few days old and i guess it started to kill them. but mine are about 23 days old and just yesterday i gave them some miracle gro (15-30-15) and it said 1/4 teaspoon with 1 quart of water, so i gave them a little less than 1/4 teaspoon and i also added in some water with epsom salt (magnesium sulfate.) its been about 12 hours since and shows no sign of improvement or nothing. ill keep ya posted tho.

d3struct id reckon if it aint got instructions for no plants on it then ditch it,follow the amount it would say for likes of tomatos and shit,if no joy then purchase yourself some ferts from a nearby grow shop.they have the shit you need and theyll explain the amounts, there all different

Why doesn't fertilizer burn seedlings during the first 2 weeks?
I have found that when I put seeds onto cotton wool and water them with 4,000 ppm vegetative fertilizer for two weeks after the seed pops (no more), the stems are much thicker and stronger and the entire plant is more vigorous than plants grown from the same seed stock, but treated with a normal 1,400 ppm mix.
After two weeks, the high fertilizer dose burns the seedlings. I have tried this many times with different strains with the same results. Now I use this method all the time. Why doesn't the seedling burn during the first two weeks?
Jahoon,
Internet
That's a very interesting observation, Jahoon. I haven't tried this experiment or observed the phenomenon. Have any other readers tried this? This calls for more research. I encourage any readers with information on this phenomenon to contact me. I hope to have an answer for you soon.
