i bought some 10-10-10 all purpose feed, is it ok to start ferilizing the plant at 2 weeks old?

it is, but there are better...

i use miracle gro (wait, just listen) 24-8-16 all purpose plant food. no trace elements/additives. excellent resutls with this product.

if that stuff you got is time released, DON'T USE IT!!!! if it is water soluable, start at 1/4 strength and work your way up to full over the course of 4-5 feedings.

wait until you have a 5th node starting on the plant. that's when it's officially not a seedling anymore. that's when you'd start with 1/4 strength. for vegetation, you want something high in nitrogen, so something like 24-2-2 would be great. if you can find that in a liquid, it will be easier to measure and easier to mess with, IMO. you can probably find something at a lowe's, home depot, or gardening store. walmart sucks
