Advise on ferts

i bought some 10-10-10 all purpose feed is it ok to start ferilizing the plant when they are only a couple inches tall???

You want to wait until they have there 3rd set of branches IMO and at very low doeses. 10-10-10 is not a veg fert though. You want something that is like 8-5-5. You want the N to be the highest out of the NPK. Plants need higher amounts of N when in the veg stage.
