Why are Nirvana's seeds so much cheaper than anywhere else? Considering that hundreds if not thousands of seeds are made at a time their prices seem reasonable as long as the seeds are of the appropriate quality. Has anyone had negative results with Nirvana seeds? Thanks for your help.

Nirvana is not a breeder but a seed bank specializing in producing F2 knock-offs of Dutch Passion strains. Nirvana seeds are cheap for a reason - they are unstable and usually with high variability in phenotype. They are not the best genetics imo.

Hello,
Gypsy Nirvana has always treated me well. He is a well respected member of the cannabis community.
He answers all of my Q's, regardless how much I bother him. His site (seedsdirect.to) has the best deals on the net that I have found to date.
The nirvana line of seeds are bread by hired breeders, he does not do so himself, that is true. They are "knock-offs", but they are bread by profesionals.
The words "knock-off" could be used for a lot of strains and seedbanks.
Are you suggesting that all of the strains he offers are this way? Or only some, if so which ones? What qualities do they have that you found to be undesirable?
I have gone through five strains from nirvana that I can think of off the top of my head. They all performed well for me. I especially recommend the White Rhino and the Ak-48.

Im experience, nirvana's stuff is very unstable, and quite often inferior. I purchased a few packs a while back. The NL though healthy and vigorous, finished tasting like hay, with minimal crystals. The citrals hermied, 2 out 5! The only good pack was the bubblegum. The blue mystic was not even close to DJ shorts original blueberry. In my opinion there are much better genetics to be had in F2's. Go to Heaven's Stairway and click on the "list of strains" For nearly every popular strain, there's a $25-$30 alternative F2 thats hands down well worth the extra 10 bucks. Just my 2 cents.
Student, there talking about Nirvana seeds, not Gypsy Nirvana or his web site. Often confused
